The Chase Slate Edge is a no annual fee credit card with a twist. Chase offers a 0% introductory APR on purchases and balance transfers. The twist is that Chase will automatically consider you for a one-time credit line increase after six months when you pay on time and spend at least $500 on your card during that time. There are no rewards, though, and no welcome bonus. It’s a good no-frills credit card for those looking to make a major purchase or pay down debt. We dive into the details and your approval odds in this Slate Edge review.
