HSBC Elite Credit Card

The HSBC Elite Credit Card is a premium travel card designed for people with an HSBC Premier checking account, which may limit who this card appeals to. To have a Premier Checking account, you need at least $100,000 in total deposits or investments, or $5,000 in direct deposits per month, or a U.S. residential mortgage loan serviced by HSBC. You do get some great premium travel benefits such as up to $400 in travel credits per year for all flights, hotels and car rentals booked through HSBC Travel and unlimited airport lounge access. You get a nice welcome bonus as well, but if you aren’t willing to open a checking account, you won’t be able to apply for the card. We dive into the details and your approval odds in this HSBC Elite review.
