The TD FlexPay Credit Card is a balance transfer card designed for people who have higher-interest debt from other credit cards that they want to pay off. It has a long 0% intro APR offer for balance transfers, but not on purchases. One benefit is there’s an intro balance transfer fee of either $5 or 3% of the amount of each transfer, whichever is greater, on transfers made within the introductory offer. After that, the balance transfer fee is $5 or 5% of the amount of each transfer, whichever is greater.
There are no rewards and no welcome bonus. TD Bank is only available in a handful of states: CT, DC, DE, FL, MA, MD, ME, NC, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI, SC, VA or VT, so you’re out of luck if you don’t live in one of them. We dive into the details and your approval odds in this TD FlexPay review.
