The Amex card has slightly lower foreign transaction fees, but ideally, if you travel internationally, you’ll want to take a card with no foreign transaction fees. The American Express Blue Business Cash™ Card is a good card as long as you don’t spend over $50,000 in a calendar year. You can take advantage of the 0% intro APR on purchases to make some improvements to your business. Cash back is automatically credited to your account each month as a statement credit, so if you don’t want to think about rewards at all, this could be a great choice. Also, American Express is known for its great customer service.

Who the TD Business Solutions Credit Card is Best For

TD Business Solutions Credit Card is a decent credit card with a welcome offer and straightforward cash back rewards. In addition, there are some good benefits such as cell phone protection and auto collision damage waiver. One thing to keep in mind is that TD Bank is available in 16 states mostly on the East Coast, just in case you need to see someone in person. Also, cash back can only be redeemed in increments of $25.

Does it Make Sense to Get Both Cards?

Probably not; there’s a lot of overlap. The only exception is that you could use The American Express Blue Business Cash™ Card up until you hit $50,000 and then switch to the TD Business Solutions Credit Card. Neither card has an annual fee, so you don’t lose anything by applying for both.
